Our Tri-Active Facial is designed to boost the skin with a unique combination of result oriented technologies. The skin is prepared with our deepest exfoliation Glycolic Acid which dissolves the dead skin cells and allows for deeper penetration of our peptide infused collagen gel and sheet mask. Our Acupressure Mask (An air pressure mask that performs acupressure massage on the face for increased circulation and improved lymphatic drainage)  is then applied for 20min. We complet our Tri-Active facial treatment with  Red LED light therapy which bathes the skin cells in light to further stimulate the production of collagen in the skin.

This facial encompasses the best and most result driven combination of treatments in a unique order that allows for a very positive skin experience.

IPL hair removal is a fantastic treatment to get rid of unwanted hair for good. This treatment however works only on hair that has pigment in it (black, brown). So if you have blonde or red hair this is not the treatment for you.

Both IPL (known as Intense Pulsed Light technology and Laser technologies work using heat and light to destroy the hair follicle resulting in permanently weakening and inhibiting the hair growth. Laser works in a single focused beam of light and IPL works using a series of energy waves. Both are equally as effective in the results they produce.

Electrolysis is the only FDA approved method of permanently removing unwanted hair. It is most suitable for smaller areas of the body in particular the face. The most common areas treated by electrolysis are the lip, chin, and neck. It can treat all hair colours and all hair types e.g. soft baby vellus hair, course strong hair, etc. It works by inserting a tiny needle into a hair follicle and releasing a small current which destroys the hair cells that make the hair grow. It is a suitable treatment for both men and women.

Both waxing and IPL are hair removal options but that’s where the similarities end. Waxing is a temporary method of removing unwanted hair from the body. It will grow back in a couple of weeks however the benefit is that when the client leaves the salon she is completely hair free. For the  IPL treatment the client must shave the hair a few days before her treatment. The hair must be in the follicle for the treatment to work and when the client leaves the hair is still in the follicle. A percentage of hairs will fall out a few days after the treatment and the growth will be slower to grow back.

The difference between these two methods of hair removal is one is a temporary result and the other is actively weakening the hair after every treatment.
